A new zero-depth entrance wading pool and playground are coming to Sibley Park. The construction is expected to start in the summer of 2023. The existing pool and playground will be removed in Spring 2023 and remain closed until the completion of the new wading pool, anticipated in Spring 2024. All other amenities in the park and access to the rec center, the field, and the basketball court will stay open. Due to construction costs, this project might be completed in two phases. Updates on the construction phases and timeline will be posted on the project website after the construction contract bidding process.
