An online open house is scheduled for Monday, October 25 at 7pm.
The design process continues for improvements at Painter Park!
After gathering feedback from the community during the summer, the Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board (MPRB) has developed two preliminary concept plans, which are also based the park’s master plan approved last year.
Both concepts include:
- a new skate park (15 in image above)
- gathering spaces, pathways and landscaping (2, 3, 12, 13, 14)
- reconstructed tennis and basketball courts (10, 11)
Project staff will present the plans and respond to questions at an online open house scheduled for Monday, October 25th at 7pm. This online open house is part of the Lyndale Neighborhood Association’s regular meeting.
