With the concept plan for Kenny Park playground improvements approved during the summer, construction and renovation is scheduled to begin next week – possibly as early as Monday, September 20.
Construction activities will include:
- Renovation of existing play areas and equipment and addition of some new play features
- Construction of a new play area and climbing structure (made possible through a donation from the Kenny Parent Foundation)
Construction is expected to continue for about six weeks. During that time, please stay out of fenced areas and pay attention signage at the site.
