We were able to complete the work on the new playground this fall and it is now open.
The playground has been reconfigured to align with the parks approved master plan and includes a new 2-5 year old play area with a climbing structure, slides, swings, obstacle course type circuit and large play structure for older children. The playground also includes several freestanding play features like spinners, jumping pods and balance elements. There will be some minor things to complete that will happen next spring 2021 to finish up the project, but the playground will remain open.
