MPRB launches an upgraded registration/reservation system on October 2

The Minneapolis Park & Recreation Board (MPRB) is excited to announce a major upgrade to its registration/reservation system, coming on Monday, October 2.

Enhancements to the system include:

  • A simpler and more intuitive customer experience
  • New and improved ways to find your favorite MPRB classes, activities, events and more
  • The ability to check available room rentals at recreation centers and submit requests

When the new system goes into service on October 2, listings for winter/spring programs and activities will also be available (registration begins October 25).

In the meantime, people using the current system may find that some functions are temporarily turned off during the transition process. Some additional items to note:

  1. Log-in name: Customers who do not log in to the current system with their email address will be prompted to enter it. This will ensure they can reset their password in the new system (see #3).
  2. Account additions and modifications: These functions will pause on Thursday, September 28 to ensure accounts are moved to the new system. Account modifications will not be available between September 29 and October 2. If you have specific concerns during this time, please call MPRB Customer Service (info below).
  3. Passwords and Saved Credit Card Info: Customers will need to reset their password and re-enter credit card information when logging in to the new system on or after October 2.
  4. Outstanding Balances: Please pay any outstanding or overdue balances by September 28. Customers with outstanding balances will receive an email reminder later this week so they can still pay them online.
  5. Account history: Customers’ 2023 activity registrations will be sent to their email address currently on file, as this information will not be available on the new system.
