DESCRIPTION:Please join the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) and many Phillips Community Center supporters for a groundbreaking celebration on Tuesday\, March 28 at 1 pm. \nThe event launches a renovation and expansion project that will add a new aquatics facility to the existing community center. The project includes the restoration of a six-lane pool\, closed since 2008\, and construction of a new four-lane teaching pool.
