Playground project update: Washburn Tot Lot

Unfortunately, due to unexpectedly long lead times for procuring equipment, the planned playground improvements at the Washburn Avenue Tot Lot have been delayed. 

Construction to replace the existing playground is expected to begin in September.

The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board appreciates the public’s patience while staff works to improve Minneapolis parks and playgrounds.
