East of the River Park Master Plan Design and Planning Services Request for Proposals

The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board seeks design services from a registered Landscape Architect teamed with other professional consultants, if necessary (collectively “Design Team”), to collaborate with MPRB staff on the creation of the East of the River Park Master Plan (also called the Northeast/Southeast Service Area Master Plan). This project will involve extensive community engagement to create a vision for parks east of the Mississippi River. - Due July 6 at 2 pm

Lake Calhoun/Bde Maka Ska Concession Operator Request for Proposals

The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) is seeking a highly-qualified operator for the Lake Calhoun/ Bde Maka Ska Concession facility.  Lake Calhoun/ Bde Maka Ska, is part of the Minneapolis Chain of Lakes Regional Park, and is 518 acres, including 422 acres of water. It includes 3.1 miles of pedestrian paths, 3.19 miles of bike paths and features three beaches, canoe/kayak/paddle board/pedal boat and bike rentals, boat docks, fishing piers, picnic areas, restroom facilities, sand volleyball court, soccer and softball fields, and pay parking areas. The Minneapolis park system has 21 million visitors annually, with Lake Calhoun/ Bde Maka Ska and the Chain of Lakes attracting nearly 6 million visitors annually. - Due July 7 at 4 pm

2017 and 2018 ADA Program/Project Management and Professional Services for Multiple Sites

The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board is seeking a qualified firm to provide program management and professional services at multiple sites for ADA improvements.  Proposals are due on July 18, 2017. 

The mandatory pre-proposal meeting has been rescheduled to Thursday, July 7, 2017 at 9 am.  Please see Addendum #1 for more information.
