DESCRIPTION:Welcome to the first Lake Monster 1-2-3 swim at Lake Nokomis. Hosted by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board (MPRB) and the Open Swim Club\, this event will offer three distances; 1\, 2\, and 3 mile courses. The loop course will start and end at Nokomis Main Beach and each loop is one mile. This mid- summer swim will be great practice for training triathletes or a peak race for endurance swimmers.
