DESCRIPTION:Join the Peacekeepers for staff-led volunteering in the Peace Garden! This fun and friendly group meets twice a week to care for this beloved garden. Activities include planting\, weeding\, light pruning\, and general garden maintenance. \nDates: Mondays and Wednesdays\, 9:30-11:30am through October. \nLocation: Lyndale Park Peace Garden. Meet your host Jacob in the parking lot. \nSupplies: Gloves\, tools and parking passes will be provided. \nWeather: We work in light rain but will suspend or cancel work in severe weather. \nSign-up here

DESCRIPTION:Join us for a fun-filled day of Minecraft! Youth 8-13 are welcome to be creative by working together and competing in mini-games. Beyond the screen\, participants will be able to make a hands on Minecraft inspired craft and a creeper Rice Krispy treat. The possibilities are endless! \nNote: If your child has Minecraft on a handheld device they are welcomed to bring it. However\, this is not a requirement to participate.\n\nWe will respect parental controls when applicable. \n\nPack a lunch\, water bottle\, and weather appropriate clothing in case this adventure takes a break outdoors.
