The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Boards Park Police Department has recently eliminated its Administrative Ticket Program. Ending the administrative ticket program is an equitable measure designed to ensure consistency in dog off-leash and parking enforcement, regardless of residency. The Administrative Ticket Program has been replaced with an expansion of courts based ticketing. If you receive a dog off-lease or parking citation, please contact the proper authority as listed on the back of the citation.
