Linden Hills Playground and Site Improvements – Phase 2

During Phase 1 (February 2020 to August 2021), funds for new play equipment were reduced due to the cost of drainage work required in and near the playground. Some funds were recouped by using shrubs instead of fencing, and a “Cozy Dome” playground climber was ordered for the 2- to 5-year-old area.

During Phase 2, MPRB will work with Linden Hills Neighborhood Coalition (LHiNC) and the community to:

• Raise funds for additional play equipment
• Select additional play equipment that meets safety guidelines
• Install the “Cozy Dome” climber and any other equipment in Spring 2022
