The Master Plan is funded with at least $256,000 from the Parks and Trails Legacy Fund, part of the Minnesota voter-approved Clean Water Land and Legacy Amendment. After completion of the Master Plan, MPRB will also implement approximately $1.25 million in capital improvements, based on the Master Plan. This work is also funded by the Parks and Trails Legacy Fund. The City of Minneapolis and the Minnehaha Creek Watershed District are major project partners in this effort.
