The Phillips Community Center, Club Youthline, is located in the middle of Phillips neighborhood. The center is home to the Club Youthline, which complements the year-long Youthline program offered in 28 parks. Club Youthline work with teens to build friendships and develop positive self-esteem through classes, field trips and social interaction.

The center features a double gym, arts and crafts room, large game room and teen center room with video games, TV, table tennis, foosball tables and a pool table.
