Unlike any other recreation center in the Minneapolis Park System, the Phillips Community Center houses five tenants, each providing their own services to the community. PCC tenants include Ventura Village/A Partnership of Diabetics (A-POD), Waite House, Minneapolis Swims, Somali-American Communities, and the Phillips Fitness Center (operated by the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board).
The fitness center is open Monday through Saturday. Group fitness programs led by volunteer instructors are available Monday-Friday for members.
Recreation Fee Assistance: Minneapolis residents who cannot afford instructional fees because of economic need may apply for fee assistance.
