As the result of an agreement reached between the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board and the Phyllis Wheatley Community Center (PWCC), the building that housed Bethune Recreation Center is now leased entirely by PWCC. The MPRB continues to offer both indoor and outdoor recreation programming at this site.
