If your little one has energy to burn then you need to join our indoor play group. Get to know other families in the neighborhood and meet new friends. Tots will have the chance to learn cooperation, sharing and communication skills essential for their age group. Parents must accompany their child.

Beginning Capoeira
Cartwheels and kicks! Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian art that mixes martial arts, dance, gymnastics, performance, song and music. Through games, drills and sequences, students learn attack and defense moves, cartwheels, and how to sing in Portuguese and play various percussion instruments. Kids get to watch a movie and be with there friends for "Friday Night at the Movies". The Bryant Square staff will show a different movie each week. Parents,you can plan to have a night for yourself while your kids are viewing a movie at the Park!

Taekwon Do
Taekwon Do emphasizes mental training and discipline as well as physical training. Classes are taught by Elisabeth Hunt, who is a member of the U.S. Taekwon Do Federation and is the Minnesota State Director for the USTF. Each class consist of warm ups, basic drills, games, patterns and self defense techniques.
