| The newest dog park in the Minneapolis park system is located in the Camden neighborhood in an area commonly referred to as Victory Prairie. It is 2.7 acres at 47th Ave. N between Osseo Road and Russell Ave. Access is on the east side. Parking is along Russell, 47th and other residential streets.
In order to use the Off-Leash Recreation Areas, pet owners must first obtain a permit.
