Plank Road gets new surface this fall
West River Parkway trail reconstruction complete
West River Parkway is part of the Grand Rounds. The parkway winds along the river from Plymouth Ave. in downtown to Minnehaha Park. It is a scenic drive that blends a natural habitat in an urban setting.
