The Mall/Walker Library Design Concept Public Open House

| The Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board and Hennepin County are set to begin
engaging the community in a process to study design options for a section of parkland
just north of Walker Library. The first meeting, which will have an informal open house
format, is scheduled for 6:30 p.m., July 12 at Walker Library, 2880 Hennepin Ave. Staff
will be posted at stations and available to answer questions. An overview of topics to be
considered in developing plans for the park space will be presented at 7:00 p.m. |
