Food trucks, local beer, and music. Free. All ages.

Saturday, August 2

Close Up Photography | 8 – 10am | Lyndale Park Rose Garden
The Rose Garden is a haven of fun for photographers. The beauty alone is breathtaking and the opportunity for close up photography is fantastic. Whether you use a SLR, point and shoot or cell phone camera, you'll learn how to take better digital images. We will break down into groups and share some macro equipment. Admission is free but pre-registration required. This class is brought to you as part of the 2014 Annual Photo Contest.

Art lovers can view and purchase items from exhibitors while enjoying acoustic music and an array of food options.

Owamni: Falling Water Festival | 2pm – dark | Father Hennepin Bluffs Park
Celebrate indigenous Minnesota culture with music, art, food, a movie under the stars and more. Free. All ages.

Summer Fest | 5 – 9pm | Kenny
Join your neighbors and celebrate being a part of the Kenny Neighborhood. Fun, games, music and food for everyone.

2nd Annual Phillips Music Festival | 2 – 8pm | Phillips
A celebration of music from many different cultures and styles. Free Food, dance, fun and games for the family.

Kids butterfly fun run, music, dance, hands-on art, good food, and plenty of monarch butterflies.

Fall Festival/Push Cart Derby | 11:30am – 1:30pm | Waite
Teams from all over Northeast Minneapolis, and the greater Twin Cities, will have a chance to take home the title of Push Cart Champion! Stick around after the Derby for food, music and kids' games. Free. All ages.

Sunday, September 14

Minneapolis Bike Tour | 7:30am | Boom Island
