Logrolling on the Lake

Try something new this summer, and learn the basics of this lifelong sport. Logrolling is a full-body workout that will get your heart pumping. It improves balance, agility, footwork, and core strength; and also builds mental toughness and concentration.

Classes are taught by experienced and elite level logrollers. Sisters Abby Hoeschler and Elizabeth Horvitz are both world champions and very excited to grow and promote logrolling in the Twin Cities. Youth (ages 5-16) and adult (17 and older) four-week sessions will take place at the Thomas Beach on Lake Calhoun and Main Beach at Lake Nokomis.
