| Turtle Fountain |
The centerpiece of the Annual and Perennial Gardens is the Phelps, or "Turtle", Fountain that was moved here from its former downtown site in Minneapolis' Gateway Park. The combination of fountain and flowers contained by an undulating hedge, makes this a popular spot for garden enthusiasts and for wedding ceremonies and photos.
